Pravanjan Mullick, born on May 12, 1976, is a highly respected figure in Indian cricket,
renowned for his extensive contributions both on and off the field. A graduate and son of
the late Madhabananda Mullick, Pravanjan's cricketing journey began with notable
performances in domestic and international matches.
Pravanjan played for the Odisha Ranji Trophy team from 1996 to 2009, participating in 88
First-class matches. He captained the Odisha team from 2006 to 2008, showcasing his
leadership skills. His distinguished career includes representing the Board President XI
against New Zealand and Sri Lanka, playing for India A against West Indies and Sri Lanka,
and competing in prestigious tournaments like the Wills Trophy (2000), Deodhar Trophy
(2001-02), and Duleep Trophy (2003, 2004, 2005).
