Kiran Manisha Mohanty, born on April 9, 1989, in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, is a prominent Indian chess player and holds the esteemed title of Woman Grandmaster since 2010. Notable among her achievements is being the Runner-up in the Asian Junior Girls Chess Championship held in New Delhi in 2006. She also holds the distinction of being the first female chess player from Odisha to attain the titles of Woman International Master in 2006, Woman's National 'B' title in 2007, and Woman Grandmaster in 2010.
